I was in a large well-lit basement room with three other people. One of them was supposed to be the Doctor from Doctor Who but he looked like an old friend of mine. Another person, who I knew he much wiser than the Doctor, was the leader. The third person was a regular person like me and I think his name was "Tad". The Leader had an instrument and he was searching for an enemy of ours, who had something that we all needed. The instrument told him that the enemy was below us. I sensed that the room we were in was within some sort of huge egg-shaped spaceship and we were near the bottom of it already, and had been going down for some time, searching for this person. The Leader then pulled open a trap door and told us that we were about to go into "the Outpost", which was a very dangerous place. There was a metal stairway under the trapdoor, and it led to another well-lit windowless room, this one smaller. There was a stone stairwell there, and we began our descent into "the Outpost". Immediately, all light disappeared and the vision I had was "night-vision", i.e. it was black and white, with areas where I could make out items fairly clearly and areas of pitch blackness, exactly like what you see when you turn off all the lights and adjust to the night vision. This was "the Outpost" and we had to be very careful. We ran down this stairwell as fast as we could, and the Leader told us to be as quiet and as fast as possible. The Leader led the way, followed by "Tad", the Doctor, and finally me. We ran down three or so flights of stairs, and then we came to a landing. A figure emerged from the shadows and stepped on the landing, it was a human figure dressed in a robe with a cloth over the head; I could not see its face and there were no eye holes. The figure carried a lantern in its hand but it was not lit. The Leader cautioned us, in a sharp whisper, to ignore it and not even look at it. I realized it was something evil, a spirit of the dead or something similar, and the Outpost was filled with them. Our job was to navigate it without riling any of them up, or we would all be killed. If we were quiet and fast enought, we could slip by them without riling them up, and that was the goal. The Leader knew exactly where to go to find our enemy and the item we all needed, and he then proceeded to take us on a twisty course through this maze. We quickly ran onto a lower landing, made some turns, ran through some doorways, found another stairwell, and ran down that one as well. All of a sudden, I knew that our Enemy had left the item down there for us to find, and it struck me as strange that the Leader made us all go along with him; if all we were doing was trying to retrieve an item, and he seemed to know exactly where it was, why didn't he just go down there, get it, and bring it back up? It was absurd to make us all go down there with him. I was in huge danger and it was too late to turn back! Well, I couldn't think about it because we were still running as fast as we could and I needed to follow. All of a sudden, we entered an area where there was a large crowd of the spirits, all silently milling around; we ran into an area of pitch blackness; I didn't want to bump into the Doctor and cause something that could rile them so I grabbed his hand in the pitch blackness. We continued running, off onto a landing, then a turn, then another turn, then we were in a hallway and finally there was some light and still a large crowd of the dead. Then I looked ahead and I saw that the figure in front of me, whose hand I was holding, had long black hair and was a woman. I had grabbed a spirit's hand by mistake and had been following her for several seconds. My friends didn't know I was gone and had kept running on a different path. I had no idea where they were, and I realized that I had no way of finding them, and no way of finding my way back up to the top. I was probably lost in this scary place, forever. One of the dead, an old man, looked right at me. I had to keep my cool and not make a sound. I knew that I could find my way back to the landing but I had no idea where to go from there. I had to try to sneak out of this crowd to see if I could at least begin my fruitless search for my friends. That is when I woke up. I had this dream on 2/8/2014 and woke from it at 8AM.
