Last night, I dreamed I was with a group of people, in a suburban neighborhood, in front of a yellow house of two floors. I look across the street, and I see a dead woman covered in blood growling and hissing at me. I walk inside the house after we got what ever we needed from outside and brought it inside. I look inside and it's a pretty neat home. I feel strange. I look behind me and I can see the dead woman trying to lunge at me but she looks like she's suspended by an invisible chain leash. I try to close the door, but I realize I closed the screen door. I look inside the home and I see a door in the living room. I was reassured when I saw it shut and locked. I was nervous because night would be coming soon. Everyone else seems to be settling in upstairs. I started to panic because I wanted the front door to close, but I couldn't do it. There was two or three people in the living room with me, they were setting up the sleeping bags. I look again at the front door, and I see one of the group members closing and locking the front door. I imagined a heard of dead people coming through the neighborhood and seeing silhouettes of them at the semi transparent door (Those with a foggy glass). I was relieved to see it closed. I look around the living room and I look at a flat screen Tv. A girl turns it on and a few channels are inactive or showing either green or gray screens. Then she switches to a channel that looks like a news report, but I new i couldn't be a live one because civilization was dead. The person on the screen was a black anchor woman, who kinda looked like Oprah Winfrey, she wore a light magenta suit. She appeared to be reporting something. It felt like a post-apocalyptic report. She looked unnerved and focused. I couldn't here what she was saying. My group didn't seem to care about what she was saying. They were all having a conversation. I was starting to think about how horrible it must have been when the fall of civilization began at that time, and how an apocalypse was an unknown cause to my knowledge. I woke up.
