It’s Saturday, the last day of May. I just had one of the most mind blowing dreams I have ever experienced. It was so real. It takes place in New York City, it is sunny outside, so I’m guessing it was midday. I am walking around, looking at my surroundings, noticing some of the buildings that I pass by. A lot of them look familiar, like I have been here before. I get hungry and decide to grab a cheap bite to eat at some fast food place downtown. So I end up piloting a plane and flying over New York City in an overview POV sort of like GTA. The plane gets faster and I try to slow it down as my destination draws near. However, I shoot past it and am now flying over water. Very fast. I press a button that I presume makes the plane slow down, but it didn’t work. The plane began to wobble and got close to the water and we were quite some distance away from the land, so I decided to eject. Then my POV went to 1st person and I was free falling through the sky. The wind was heavy on my body. I felt like a feather but was falling like a boulder. Everything seemed to slow down but now actually slow down. I was falling very fast and I looked down at an angle towards the water. I was falling so fast, it seemed like the water was coming up towards me. I closed my eyes a few seconds before impact. When I went to open them, I awoke in my bed almost simultaneously as I collided with the water. Everything felt so real. It was terrifying but exhilarating at the same time. The adrenaline felt incredible. It was a mix of everything crazy and fun and everything horrifying and crazy. I could feel the wind and the air felt just like Florida air when you are at the beach, only colder. It was simply mind-blowing. It wasn't really scary, and I wouldn't necessarily label it as a nightmare. But it was just awesome. -Matthew
