Last night I went on a ski-trip with my family IMD. On the mountain there were four courses to choose from, and I chose the one my boyfriend went on. It was dark and scary... but I thought I'd at least be with my boyfriend. He was out of sight before I even got over the first hill. The trees seemed to stare at me and mock me as I tried to find the right path. It was so dark. Eventually I found my way to the end of the course, but there was a huge line, and instead of skiing, everyone was just slowly walking towards the end of the course. I found my boyfriend and waved him over--he was waiting in the line. He came over and looked so mad. He wanted to stay in line and finish the course instead of just giving up like I wanted to do. He went back in line and slowly shuffled towards the end, so I went to the bathroom to wait. Suddenly I heard angry voices outside the bathroom. They seemed like they were all directing their anger towards me. I zipped up and went back out to the cafe/waiting area and the cook and cafe manager looked so mad. Everything was silent until my sister shouted for me to get to the car. She looked really scared. Everyone else was already in the car across the parking lot outside. I bolted for the door, but I realized I was carrying a baby now. She was adorable. I had forgotten that my boyfriend and I had just adopted a baby until just then. I looked back at the cook and manager and they were even more mad. They charged at me so I ran to the car. The side mirror was so big so I had to jump over it. The manager caught my shirt as I handed the baby through the window to my boyfriend. I had no choice but to run around the car to the other side. I slammed the car door behind me as the cook ran towards the car. I tried to roll the window up, but it was too slow. I couldn't get it up! He threw his ax at me and I closed my eyes as I rolled the window up. I opened my eyes and it was closed... So why did the cook look so pleased? There was no ax on the ground outside. He wasn't holding it either. We pulled out of the parking lot quickly and I looked over to my boyfriend and our daughter. Our daughter... Our daughter! The ax hit her in the head! She was dying and it was my fault! I grabbed her and held her close. Why didn't anyone notice that the ax got her?! I screamed and cried for her to stay alive. I wasn't ready to lose her. And that's when I woke up in my boyfriend's arms. I was sobbing so loud in my sleep that I woke my boyfriend up. He comforted me the whole time until I fell back asleep.
